Move larger batches of boxes, sacks and packaged goods in one trip with a wide roll container built for busy warehouse and distribution work. Its 1200 x 800 mm footprint provides generous loading space, while three full-height mesh walls help keep the load contained and visible.
The half drop gate gives quick access to the contents without removing everything in front of it. The gate can be folded down or removed when required, making loading, picking and unloading more practical. An electro-galvanised steel tube frame supports loads of up to 400 kg, while the zinc finish helps protect the steel against corrosion.
Two fixed and two swivel 100 mm castors combine directional stability with straightforward manoeuvring. Braked castors are available by special order. The roll container is supplied in parts. Optional accessories include rubber retaining strap 1503-103 and shelf 6016-103.

A large order or mixed batch can quickly outgrow a narrow trolley. This wide roll container keeps more goods together in one mobile unit. Its external dimensions are 1200 x 800 x 1800 mm, giving it the familiar footprint of a Euro pallet and a tall loading area for boxes, sacks and other packaged goods. Three full-height mesh walls support the load from the sides and rear. A half drop gate across the open side adds containment while keeping the contents easy to reach.
A full-height front panel can make it difficult to reach items placed low in a loaded roll cage. The half drop gate offers a simpler approach. It helps contain the lower part of the load, yet leaves the working side open enough for staff to reach boxes and packages. The gate can be folded down or removed when required. That flexibility matters during loading and unloading and when the roll container is used as a temporary picking point.
The three full-height walls use 105 x 350 mm mesh. They create a defined loading area while leaving the contents visible from several directions. Staff can identify boxes, check whether the roll cage is empty and see how the load is arranged without opening a gate. In an active warehouse, that quick visual check helps when several containers are waiting for picking, replenishment or dispatch.
The mesh construction is intended for packaged goods that are large enough to remain inside the 105 x 350 mm openings. When smaller loose items are handled, they should first be placed in a suitable box or container. The optional rubber retaining strap, product code 1503-103, can add support across the accessible side when the load requires it. Load stability still depends on sensible placement: heavier packages should be positioned securely, and goods should not project beyond the frame.
The frame is made from electro-galvanised steel tube. Its zinc finish gives the steel added protection against corrosion, an important benefit in regular warehouse use. The open mesh construction also makes the frame and the load easy to inspect as part of normal workplace routines.
The roll container weighs 47 kg without a load, and its maximum load capacity is 400 kg. Both figures matter when planning the working route and choosing where the unit will be loaded, parked and unloaded. The floor, route and local handling procedure should suit the total moving weight rather than the goods alone.
Four 100 mm castors carry the container. Two are fixed and two swivel. The fixed castors help the wide roll container follow a steady line, while the swivel pair allows it to turn and align at the destination. This arrangement is common on warehouse roll containers because it balances straight movement with manoeuvrability.
The standard version is supplied without braked castors. Braked castors are available by special order when the container needs added resistance to movement while parked. Before specifying this version, consider where the unit will normally stop and how often it will be loaded or unloaded in one place.
