When a normal skip is too light for the job, the HD heavy-duty tipping skip gives you a stronger way to collect, move and empty dense industrial waste. It is suitable for heavier waste streams, scrap, cut-offs and other demanding loads in workshops, production areas, warehouses and yards.
The container is made from 3 mm steel, and the seams and load-bearing corners are reinforced for repeated lifting and tipping. A front pouring lip helps guide the load straight into the receiving container instead of spilling over the side. The extended release handle makes emptying easier when the skip is handled by forklift or pallet truck.
A 150 mm wheel set and factory-fitted fork release are available as accessories. The fork release allows emptying also without using the edge of the receiving container.

Heavy waste needs a container that does not feel temporary after a few hard weeks. The HD heavy-duty tipping skip is made for collecting, moving and emptying dense waste, scrap and process material in places where lighter skips are not the right choice. This HD model is intended for heavier loads and repeated daily handling. The body is made from 3 mm steel, the seams are reinforced, and the load-bearing corners are strengthened with double-welded joints. These details matter when the skip is lifted, moved, placed down and tipped again and again during a normal working day.
The main difference between this HD tipping skip and a lighter waste skip is the structure. Heavy scrap, sharp off-cuts, dense production waste and mixed site waste put stress on the body and the corners of the container. A 3 mm steel body gives the skip the strength needed for demanding applications, while the reinforced seams help the structure keep its shape in repeated lifting and tipping cycles.
The listed load capacity is 2500 kg for every standard size in the range. That makes the HD tipping skip suitable when the material is not only bulky but also heavy. It can be used as a collection container next to a workstation, as a transport container between process areas, or as a forklift-handled skip for waste and recycling points.
The front edge of the HD tipping skip is fitted with a pouring lip. Its purpose is to guide the material straight forward during tipping, so the load is less likely to spill from the side of the receiving container. This is especially useful with heavy or uneven material such as metal scrap, wood chips, slag, cut-offs and mixed waste.
The HD heavy-duty tipping skip has an extended release handle. The longer handle makes the release point easier to reach when the skip is handled by forklift or pallet truck. In daily work this can make a clear difference, because the operator does not need to reach awkwardly across the load area.
As an accessory, the skip can also be ordered with a factory-fitted fork release. This option allows the skip to be emptied without relying on the edge of the receiving container. It is useful when the skip must be tipped into different types of collection points or when the site layout does not always give the operator a suitable edge to press against.
The HD tipping skip range includes five sizes, so the container can be matched to the amount of waste, the available floor space and the lifting equipment used on site.

The HD tipping skip can be handled with a forklift or pallet truck. This makes it suitable for workplaces where material is moved between production, storage, yard areas and waste collection points during the day. The container can be filled at the source, moved when needed and emptied without manual lifting of the contents.
The standard HD tipping skip can be supplied with practical accessories that make it easier to adapt the container to a specific workplace. The 150 mm wheel set adds mobility when the skip needs to be moved short distances on the floor. The factory-fitted fork release supports tipping in places where the normal receiving-container edge is not available.
Customised HD tipping skips can also be requested for demanding applications. Available custom options include fork locking, a false bottom and tap, crosswise handling pockets, special colours and additional markings. Fork locking improves retention on the forklift forks, while a false bottom and tap can be useful when liquids must be separated from the collected material. Crosswise handling pockets can help when the container must be approached from another direction in a tight layout. Special colours and markings can support waste sorting, area identification or internal material flow.
