The EP ESA121 electric pallet stacker is made for everyday pallet handling where the machine must be compact, easy to control and ready for repeated lifting tasks. It is a pedestrian stacker for warehouses, production areas, dispatch zones, shops and industrial stockrooms where pallets are stacked, moved between work areas and lifted into racking. With a 1200 kg load capacity at a 600 mm load centre, the ESA121 gives a practical balance between lifting performance, manoeuvrability and simple charging.

Stable H-beam mast and clear view to the load

A strong mast is important when a pallet stacker is used for lifting at height. The EP ESA121 uses an H-beam mast structure with two side cylinders. This design supports stable lifting and keeps the central view to the fork area more open than a mast with a large cylinder in the middle. The mast alternatives make it possible to choose the lifting height that suits the site. The low-lift Simplex version is useful when the work mainly involves low stacking, loading, unloading and first-level storage. The Duplex versions give higher lift heights for pallet racking and storage locations where more vertical space is used.

Compact dimensions for warehouse aisles

The ESA121 pedestrian stacker is designed for work where space is valuable. Its overall width is 826 mm and the overall length is 1760 mm. The stated work aisle width is 2240 mm with a 1200 mm long load, which makes the stacker a suitable choice for many standard warehouse aisles, goods receiving areas and production-side storage points. The automatic speed reduction when the tiller arm is close to the vertical position helps the operator control the stacker in tight areas, for example near racking, walls, machines or loading zones.

The fork dimensions are practical for pallet work: fork length is 1150 mm and fork width is 570 mm. Polyurethane wheels and tandem load wheels support steady movement on suitable warehouse floors. As with any pallet stacker, the pallet type, floor condition, load shape and load weight must be checked before operation. The load should be stable, within the rated capacity and positioned correctly on the forks.

Electric lift and drive for repeated pallet stacking

The EP ESA121 electric pallet stacker has both electric drive and electric lift. The driving motor is 0.65 kW DC and the lift motor is 3 kW DC. Travel speed is 4 km/h with load and 4.5 km/h without load. The lift speed is 0.15 m/s with load and 0.24 m/s without load, while lowering speed is 0.21 m/s with load and 0.20 m/s without load. These values make the ESA121 suitable for regular pallet stacking cycles where controlled movement is more important than unnecessary speed.

Safety and control features

The EP ESA121 pallet stacker is CE marked and equipped with a key switch and a battery discharge indicator. The anti-roll-back brake system is designed to prevent the stacker from rolling backwards on slopes. The automatic speed reduction near the vertical tiller position supports safer and more controlled movement when there is little room to turn.

AGM or Li-ion battery with integrated charger

Battery choice affects charging routines and daily use. The EP ESA121 is available with a maintenance-free AGM battery or a Li-ion battery. Both options use an integrated charger, so charging can be done from a normal 230 V socket. This is useful in sites where a separate charging station is not practical or where the truck is charged close to its working area.

The plastic cover includes a document pocket, a cup holder and a small-item compartment. These small details are useful in daily warehouse work, because delivery notes, pens, small tools or other light items can be kept with the truck instead of being left on pallets or racking beams.
